TMS manufacture and distribute Phosphor screens. Various substrates can be supplied from: Glass, Quartz, Fibre Optics, Filter Glass, View Ports, Lead Glass, Silicon Wafers, etc… including Non Browning glass substrates which are more resistant to high electron energies / x - rays.
TMS manufacture a wide range of filaments for Mass Spectrometers, other Electron Emission, Ion Guns, X-Ray Sources etc. Replacement filaments can also be provided.
TMS Vacuum components thin film department offers a complete in house design service to industry for optical, electrical and mechanical thin film coatings on silica, silicon, calcium fluoride and a vast selection of other substrates. We use electron beam, resistive and sputtered films from R&D small batches to large chamber multi scale production depending customer requirements.
